Tốt nhất nên tự diễn giải sự việc theo trình tự thời gian từ ngày đầu tiên đến nay, nhằm giải quyết các câu hỏi cơ bản phía dưới(Best self-interpretation of the order of time from the first day until now, with the basic questions under):
1/ Sự việc(Events):

- Biện pháp đã áp dụng/nhờ ai(Measures already applied / by whom?)?
- Đã xử lý đến đâu/như thế nào/thời gian(Treated Where / how / time)?
2/ Nguyện vọng(Expectation):
- Khởi kiện/tố cáo? Hoà giải(Petitioner / complaints/ Reconciliation)?
- Thu hồi tài sản/mức độ(Asset recovery/ level)?
3/ Thông tin đối tượng mà mình đã biết trong quá trình giao dịch/quan hệ(Information object when the transaction / relationship)
