LAW ON BANKRUPTCY No. 51/2014/QH13

This Law regulates the procedure for submitting, receiving petitions and initiating bankruptcy process; the asset liabilities and measures for asset preservation during bankruptcy settlement; procedure for business operation recovery; the declaration of bankruptcy and implementation of Decisions on the declaration of bankruptcy.<br> This Law shall come into effect from January 01, 2015.<br> The Law on Bankruptcy No. 21/2004/QH11 shall expire from the effective date of this Law.<br>
