CIRCULAR No 23/2014/TT-BTNMT DATE 19 May 2014 OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT PROVIDING FOR CERTIFICATE OF LAND USE RIGHT, HOUSE OWNERSHIP AND OTHER PROPERTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAND
This Circular provides for Certificate of land use right, house ownership and other properties associated with the land (Hereafter referred to as Certificate).
THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No. 44/2014/ND-CP, DATE May 15, 2014, REGULATIONS ON LAND PRICES
This Decree regulates methods for land pricing, adjustment to land price brackets and land price lists, specific land pricing and provision of consultancy on land pricing.
THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No 01/2017/ND-CP, DATE January 06, 2017, ON AMENDMENTS TO THE DECREES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAND LAW
This Decree amends certain articles of the Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 on the implementation of certain articles of the Law of land, the Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 on land price and the Decree No. 47/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 on compensation, support and resettlement for the government’s expropriation of land.
LAND LAW No. 45/2013/QH13
prescribes the land ownership, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam.
