THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No. 131/2013/ND-CP, DATE October 16, 2013, ON SANCTIONING ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS OF COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS
This Decree provides administrative violations, sanctioning forms and levels, remedial measures, competence to make minutes of administrative violations and competence to sanction administrative violations of copyright and related rights.
THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No. 99/2013/ND-CP,August 29, 2013, ON SANCTIONING OF ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
This Decree specifies acts of administrative violation, sanctioning forms and levels, remedies; procedures for filing written requests for handling of violations; competence and procedures for settling written requests for handling of violations; sanctioning competence and enforcement of decisions on sanctioning administrative violations in industrial property.
