THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No. 03/2014/ND-CP, DATE January 16, 2014, DETAILING A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE LABOR CODE ON EMPLOYMENT
This Decree details a number of articles of the Labor Code on targets of new jobs; the National Employment Fund; local employment programs and labor recruitment and management.
LABOR CODE
Law No. 10/2012/QH13 provides labor standards; rights, obligations and responsibilities of parties in industrial relations and other relations directly related to industrial relations; and state management of labor.

THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE No. 99/2015/ND-CP, DATE October 20, 2015, ON GUIDELINES FOR THE LAW ON HOUSING

THE CONSTRUCTION LAW No. 50/2014/QH13
This Law prescribes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals and the state management in construction investment activities. This Law shall take effect on January 1, 2015. Construction Law No. 16/2003/QH11 and Article 1 of Law No. 38/2009/QH12 Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Laws Concerning Capital Construction Investment cease to be effective on the date this Law takes effect.
LAW ON BANKRUPTCY No. 51/2014/QH13
This Law regulates the procedure for submitting, receiving petitions and initiating bankruptcy process; the asset liabilities and measures for asset preservation during bankruptcy settlement; procedure for business operation recovery; the declaration of bankruptcy and implementation of Decisions on the declaration of bankruptcy.<br> This Law shall come into effect from January 01, 2015.<br> The Law on Bankruptcy No. 21/2004/QH11 shall expire from the effective date of this Law.<br>
DECREE No. 96/2015/NÐ-CP FOR GUIDELINES FOR SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENTERPRISES

This Decree deals with necessary documents and procedures for registration of enterprises and business households; business registration authorities. This Decree comes into force from November 01, 2015.
